Republican Party faces difficulties holding Mark Souder’s seat

Republican Mark Souder (an evangelical Christian) stepped down recently after the public found out about his extramarital affair. Interestingly, he was a strong supporter of abstinence only education. His arguments about abstinence only programs aren’t invalid because he himself does not follow moral guidelines (they are wrong for other reasons), but it is entertaining to see a hypocrite in action. What makes this story even better, is that he filmed an abstinence only video with the very woman he was having an affair with.
